BUYING GUIDE

01. Define the label
Confirm its size, content and surface. A shelf label, shipping label and equipment label may have very different requirements.
02. Consider its useful life
Think about heat, moisture, friction and expected lifespan. Ask which media and printing approach suit these conditions.
03. Estimate normal and peak volumes
Daily usage and batch sizes help shape the conversation about printer format, media handling and replenishment. Note whether printing is fixed or mobile.
04. Review the surrounding workflow
Confirm how label designs are created, where data comes from, how the printer connects and who maintains the setup.
05. Ask about the whole setup
Discuss compatible labels, ribbons where needed, software, installation and support. Confirm configuration and availability with your country team.
This guide is an introduction. Confirm suitability, specifications and project requirements with your local team.
