PROJECT PLANNING

01. Separate common needs from local needs
Identify the workflow and data requirements shared across sites. Then list differences in operating conditions, volumes, existing systems and user needs.
02. Document the essentials
Prepare a short brief covering the application, locations, quantities, expected output, integration requirements and intended timeline.
03. Consider supplies and ownership
Clarify who owns the devices, designs, software access and consumables process at each site. Include the people who will operate and maintain the setup.
04. Review locally before committing
Product variants, services and commercial arrangements can differ by market. Have the relevant country teams confirm their scope and availability.
05. Start with your principal market
Contact the local All ID team where the project is led. Share the countries involved and the priorities that should guide the discussion.
This guide is an introduction. Confirm suitability, specifications and project requirements with your local team.
